When the community experienced drainage issues in the common area terraces, they called upon Ev-Air-Tight, Shoemaker’s experienced craftsmen for the solution. The Ev-Air-Tight, Shoemaker team performed minor concrete repairs, installed new drains and tied into existing drainage systems. On walkways, common terraces, and balconies, coatings were used to direct standing water to drains. The use of pedestrian grade coatings protected the existing concrete on the site and improved drainage, all while improving aesthetics of the community and safety of the residents. Similar repairs were performed on individual balconies as required.
