TransPotomac Plaza V is a 10-story, 108,128-square-foot office building located on the banks of the Potomac River in amenity-rich Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. While offering stunning views and copious amenities, unfortunately the building was plagued with window head leaks since its initial construction.

Using mast climbers to access the façade Ev-Air-Tight removed 12 courses of brick above all the windows and installed through wall flashing and reinstalled the brick to create a leak free building for tenants and visitors to enjoy.
